For stays of 1–6 nights, we don't provide a scheduled clean, but you'll have cleaning supplies and fresh towels in your apartment, and you can arrange an additional clean with reception for a small fee. Staying 7 nights or more? We'll give your apartment a full clean on day 4, and every 7 days after that. Need extra towels or supplies? Just ask our reception team – we're always happy to help.

No, but the nearest car park is the QPark IFSC, a 10 minute walk from the property (800m). Staycity guests avail of a special discounted price of €23 per day (40% off the drive-up price), and the address is Commons St, North Dock, Dublin, D01 DA34. Take a ticket upon entry to the car park and ask the team at reception to validate it for you on departure. Pre-booking is not possible or required.

Yes! Our Staycafé is open 24/7 and serves a buffet breakfast, snacks and pizzas (you can order these to go and enjoy them in your apartment), freshly ground coffee and a wide range of drinks including beer, wine and premium spirits.

Don’t forget you’re also free to rustle up your own breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen. In our pantry we sell a range of breakfast items for you to prepare in your apartment and a great range of snacks, sweets, drinks, and toiletries.

As an aparthotel, we want you to enjoy all the freedom, space and flexibility of having your own place to stay. Your apartment is your space to live, relax and settle in, so we leave you to enjoy it your way. We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but you’ll find everything you need to keep things fresh and tidy throughout your stay.

Staying 1–6 nights?

There’s no scheduled clean during your stay. Cleaning supplies, bin bags and fresh towels are provided in your apartment, so you can keep things just the way you like them. If you'd like a full refresh, including fresh linen and towels, our reception team can arrange an additional clean for a small charge.

Staying 7 nights or more?

We’ll carry out a full clean of your apartment on day 4 of your stay, including fresh bed linen and towels, and every 7 days after that.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).

We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. 

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
