Stay Close to Frankfurt Airport 

Expect the perfect blend of home and hotel from a Staycity aparthotel. We're located a 14 minute walk from the Terminal 2 entrance. From Terminal 1, we recommend that you take the S-Bahn (S8 or S9, which runs every 15 minutes) in the direction of Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) and get off directly at the next stop "Gateway Gardens".

Your apartment is yours to enjoy, with all the space and freedom of having your own place in the city. For stays of 1–6 nights, we don't provide a scheduled clean, but you'll have cleaning supplies and fresh towels in your apartment, and you can arrange an additional clean with reception for a small fee. Staying 7 nights or more? We'll give your apartment a full clean on day 4, and every 7 days after that. Need extra towels or supplies? Just ask our reception team – we're always happy to help.

Yes! It's open 24 hours daily so there’s no excuse not to work up a sweat! You’ll find a range of cardio equipment, weight training and resistance equipment to keep the blood pumping.

We have very limited on-site parking spaces available. Please note that the carpark cannot be pre-booked and is on a first come first serve basis. Electric charging stations are also available.

As an aparthotel, we want you to enjoy all the freedom, space and flexibility of having your own place to stay. Your apartment is your space to live, relax and settle in, so we leave you to enjoy it your way. We don’t provide daily housekeeping, but you’ll find everything you need to keep things fresh and tidy throughout your stay.

Staying 1–6 nights?

There’s no scheduled clean during your stay. Cleaning supplies, bin bags and fresh towels are provided in your apartment, so you can keep things just the way you like them. If you'd like a full refresh, including fresh linen and towels, our reception team can arrange an additional clean for a small charge.

Staying 7 nights or more?

We’ll carry out a full clean of your apartment on day 4 of your stay, including fresh bed linen and towels, and every 7 days after that.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. 

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
