Yes, we do offer on-site parking. Spaces are available at a standard rate of €14 per night. As availability is limited, we recommend pre-booking your space in advance through our website, or by contacting our customer service team.

Please note that access to the car park is relatively narrow and may not be suitable for larger vehicles. The maximum vehicle height is 190cm. We recommend checking your vehicle dimensions in advance to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Breakfast is available from 7–10am on weekdays, and from 7:30–10:30am on weekends.

We serve breakfast each morning, but after that we leave things in Lyon’s very capable hands. Our shop has all the essentials if you fancy cooking in your apartment, and as Europe’s gastronomic capital, the city is packed with incredible spots to eat. Just ask our team for recommendations - we’re always happy to help.

Expect the perfect blend of home and hotel from a Staycity aparthotel. This means you have all the freedom, privacy and creature comforts of your own home through the likes of a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining, living and working spaces, combined with the consistency and convenience of standard hotel services such as 24-hour reception, fresh towels and bed linen, and cleaning.

There's no scheduled clean of your apartment for stays of six nights or less. Washing liquid, a sponge, a disposable cloth, tea towels, dustpan and brush, bin bags, and bathroom bags are provided in your apartment. Mops and floor brushes (if not already in your apartment) are available upon request. If you would like an additional freshening up, we can provide a full cleaning service, including a change of bed linen and towels for a small cost. For stays of 7 nights or more a full cleaning service is included on the 4th day of your stay, which includes a change of bed linen, towels and a general sprucing up of the apartment. This cleaning will also occur every 7 days thereafter.

We have a strict non-smoking policy in any of our rooms or communal areas. Events, parties or additional guests/visitors are not permitted. We also now offer pet friendly stays – check out our pet policy here.

Check-in online before you arrive! Our quick and easy online check-in is required at all our properties so all you have to do is pick up your key on arrival.

Check-in is from 3pm (15:00) and check-out is before 11am (11:00), or 12pm for members (subject to availability).

We offer the flexibility to extend your check-out time by up to 4 hours (or 3 hours if you've opted for 12pm check-out). This is subject to availability, and is charged per hour.

We know that flexibility is more important than ever for our guests, and we want to give you ultimate peace of mind when you book with us. Fully Flexible rates offer free cancellation online up to 3pm the day before you arrive. If cancelled outside of this the first night will be charged. Semi Flexible rates are payable on booking, but you can still cancel for free online up until 3pm 3 days before arrival.

No Show Policy
If a customer fails to arrive or does not cancel within the cancellation policy time – they are treated as a “No Show”. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If they have booked a semi-flexible rate the full amount will be charged and is non-refundable.

We have accessible rooms available with extra space for wheelchair users and features such as lowered bathroom facilities and pull cord for emergencies.
